Job Purpose
The Core Banking Specialist will be responsible for the development, configuration, support, and optimization of the bank’s Core Banking System (CBS) in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
The role involves ensuring system availability, supporting integrations, troubleshooting issues, managing user access, coordinating with vendors, and enhancing system performance to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Core Banking System Support
The selected candidate will:
- Provide functional support for the Core Banking System
- Support CBS-related projects and enhancements

- Support users with system-related inquiries and issues
System Configuration & Administration
Responsibilities include:
- Managing user accounts and access rights
